Policy.
Effective August 24, 2026
1. Free preview
Your first ad generation and watermarked preview in one primary aspect ratio are free. You are not charged for requesting or reviewing that primary preview, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to unlock the final work. Optional additional aspect ratios cost $49 each.
2. Generation and format fees
After your first free primary-format preview, each additional ad requires a $49 base generation fee before production begins. Each optional additional aspect ratio also costs $49. These fees cover creating and delivering the ordered watermarked previews. Except where required by law, paid generation and format fees are generally non-refundable once production has begun. We will review duplicate or unauthorized charges and cases where Ad Clip Crew cannot produce a purchased format.
3. Optional unlock fees
You pay $199 to unlock your first ad, or $150 to unlock an additional ad after paying its base generation fee. One unlock purchase covers every final aspect ratio ordered under that request and the commercial usage license described in our Terms of Service.
4. When an unlock refund may be available
We will review refund requests where you were charged more than once for the same unlock, the charge was unauthorized, we cannot provide the purchased final file, or the delivered file has a material technical defect that we cannot correct within a reasonable time.
Please contact us promptly, preferably within 14 days of the charge, and include enough information to identify the order and explain the issue. If approved, a refund will be returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment processor timing may vary.
5. When refunds are generally unavailable
Except where required by law, refunds are generally unavailable for a change of mind after generation has begun or after unlock, subjective creative preferences already visible in the preview, failure to use the delivered file, advertising or sales performance, an advertising platform's approval decision, or problems caused by inaccurate, unlawful, or incomplete materials supplied by the customer.
6. Digital content and consumer rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law. Where the law provides a withdrawal period for paid digital content, we will request any legally required express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgment about the effect on withdrawal rights before paid production begins or the final file becomes available.
