1. Agreement
These Terms of Service apply when you visit Ad Clip Crew, submit an ad request, receive a preview, or purchase a finished video. By checking the acceptance box and continuing with Google, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and our Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If you submit on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business.
2. The service
Ad Clip Crew creates short-form advertising concepts and videos from the information and materials you provide. Your first ad generation and watermarked preview in one primary aspect ratio are free. You may add up to two compatible aspect ratios for $49 each. If you approve the work, you may pay $199 to unlock every final production-ready format ordered for that first ad.
Each additional ad request costs $49 to generate in one primary aspect ratio. Up to two compatible additional ratios cost $49 each. If you approve the work, you may pay the remaining $150 unlock fee once to receive every final format ordered for that ad. The base price of either an unlocked first ad or an unlocked additional ad remains $199; optional extra-ratio fees are additional.
We may accept or decline a request at our discretion. Timelines are estimates unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Your materials and instructions
You retain ownership of the logos, product images, footage, text, trademarks, and other materials you submit. You grant Ad Clip Crew and the people working with us permission to use, reproduce, edit, and adapt those materials as needed to evaluate your request and create, revise, deliver, and support your ad.
You confirm that your materials and instructions are accurate, lawful, and do not violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for claims, music, people, products, trademarks, and source material you provide.
4. Our right to showcase produced work
You grant Ad Clip Crew a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use any preview, final video, still image, excerpt, or related creative we produce for you, together with your brand name and logo, as Ad Clip Crew marketing material.
This includes use on our website, portfolio, social media, advertisements, sales materials, presentations, case studies, and similar channels used to promote Ad Clip Crew. This permission continues after your request or use of the service ends. If work must remain private, you must obtain our written agreement before production begins.
5. Your use of the work
Any watermarked preview, whether free or paid, is for evaluation only and may not be published, distributed, altered to remove the watermark, or used in paid or organic advertising. After you pay the applicable unlock fee, Ad Clip Crew grants you a non-exclusive commercial license to use every delivered final format included in that request for your own business advertising and marketing. Third-party materials, platforms, fonts, music, or tools may remain subject to their own terms.
Unpaid preview and final video files remain available for 30 days after the preview is published. After that period, the files may be permanently deleted and the request will no longer be available to unlock. Request details may remain in your account as an expired record.
6. Creative process and results
You understand that creative work involves judgment and that AI-assisted tools may be part of our production workflow. We do not guarantee a particular creative style, approval by an advertising platform, audience response, sales result, return on ad spend, or other business outcome. You remain responsible for reviewing the preview, substantiating advertising claims, and confirming that the final ad is suitable and lawful for your intended use.
7. Payment and refunds
Your first primary-format preview is free and its optional unlock costs $199. For each additional request, the $49 base generation fee is charged before production begins and the optional $150 unlock fee is charged only if you choose to unlock the final work. Each additional aspect ratio costs $49 at generation. A single unlock payment applies to every format ordered under the same request. Payment, delivery, cancellation, and refund rules are described in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, dangerous, or fraudulent content. You may not attempt to bypass eligibility controls, security measures, watermarks, access restrictions, or account blocks. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe a request violates these terms or creates legal, safety, reputational, or platform risk.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ad Clip Crew is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, platform decisions, or campaign performance. Our total liability relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version accepted with your request applies to that request unless a change is required by law.
