Privacy
Policy.
Effective August 25, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Ad Clip Crew collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit our website, sign in, submit an ad request, review a preview, make a payment, or contact us.
Ad Clip Crew is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to contact@adclipcrew.com.
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you use Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, profile image, email verification status, and sign-in provider details.
Request and creative information. We collect your product or service name, website, description, advertising goals, monthly ad-spend range, creative choices, scripts, logos, reference images, platform, aspect ratio, and other information you submit.
Service activity. We record request status, preview availability, the first time an authenticated preview starts playing, email delivery information, payment state, download activity, policy acceptance, conversion-event status, and administrative production history.
Technical information. Our hosting, security, authentication, storage, and advertising-measurement providers may process IP address, country, browser and device details, timestamps, request logs, error data, cookies, Meta browser identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc when present, and similar technical information needed to operate, protect, and measure the service. If you allow advertising measurement, we also record public-page visits and key funnel actions such as viewing the request form or opening checkout.
3. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you, from Google when you authenticate, automatically when you use the website and dashboard, and from service providers that help us deliver email, process payments, host files, prevent abuse, and operate the service.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to authenticate accounts, assess requests, create and deliver advertising work, provide previews and downloads, communicate about request progress, send reminders, process optional unlock payments, measure request and purchase conversions, improve advertising performance, provide support, enforce our terms, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, secure the service, keep business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
We may also use produced creative as described in our Terms of Service. That creative-use permission does not allow us to publish private account credentials, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
5. Legal grounds
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the service you request and perform our agreement with you, to comply with legal obligations, with your consent where requested, and for legitimate interests such as operating the service, communicating with customers, preventing fraud and abuse, protecting accounts, and improving our workflow.
You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing supported by another lawful basis.
6. Eligibility decisions
Information submitted in the request journey may be evaluated by an automated eligibility rule to determine whether the free preview service is the right fit. If a request is not eligible, we may retain an account-level eligibility record to prevent repeated requests from the same account.
You may contact contact@adclipcrew.com to ask about an eligibility outcome or request a human review.
7. Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed with providers that operate and measure the service, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database, and uploaded request assets; Vercel for website hosting and video storage; Stripe for payment processing; Twilio SendGrid for transactional email; and Meta for advertising measurement.
If you allow advertising measurement, the Meta Pixel may send Meta public-page visits and key funnel actions. When an eligible authenticated ad request is submitted or a payment is completed, we may also send Meta a server conversion event containing hashed email address, name, and account identifier; event page and time; IP address, browser user agent, country, and Meta browser identifiers when available; and purchase value and currency for payment events. Direct account identifiers are normalized and hashed before transmission. IP address, user agent, and browser identifiers are transmitted as required for event matching and are not hashed.
Stripe receives payment details directly. Ad Clip Crew does not receive or store your complete card number. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction.
We do not sell personal information.
8. Cookies and email tracking
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you authenticated, protect private pages and videos, remember account state, and operate the request journey. With your separate permission, the Meta Pixel may set identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc and use them for advertising measurement. You can accept, decline, or change this choice through the Privacy choices control. Declining advertising measurement does not prevent sign-in, requests, previews, or payments.
Transactional emails may generate delivery, bounce, spam-report, open, or click information if the relevant SendGrid tracking feature is enabled. These signals help us deliver service messages and diagnose delivery problems. Our authoritative measure of whether a preview has been reviewed is authenticated video playback, not merely opening an email.
9. Retention
We keep account, request, creative, communication, and video information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain the customer relationship, enforce eligibility and security controls, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. Unpaid preview and final video files are scheduled for deletion 30 days after the preview is published. We retain the request record after those video files are removed so the account and business history remain accurate.
Retention periods vary by record type. Payment and transaction records may be retained for legally required periods. Security and eligibility records may be retained while needed to prevent abuse. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to backups and legal obligations.
10. Security and international transfers
We use access controls, authenticated private routes, restricted administrative access, encrypted provider connections, and other reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security, and you should protect access to your Google account.
Our providers may process information in countries outside your home country, including the United States. Where required, transfers are supported by recognized legal safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to your local data-protection authority. In Norway, the supervisory authority is Datatilsynet.
To make a request, email contact@adclipcrew.com from the account associated with your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.
12. Children
Ad Clip Crew is intended for businesses and adults who are able to enter a binding agreement. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our service, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required.
For privacy questions, rights requests, or complaints, contact contact@adclipcrew.com. You may also review our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
